Our goal is to maintain the highest possible uptime because that's what your web site needs. Occasionally servers have to be restarted due to a product updates or hardware upgrades. We always work to minimize system outages. When planned upgrades that will cause system disruption are scheduled, they will be posted here. When major service disruptions¹ are expected, we will also send the primary contact for each account an email explaining the outage and why it benefits you. Current system status is always available via this page.
